Paul McCrary pushed me to try 135 and Mandy gave me an excellent strategy for my worst weakness( pull-ups). I planned on doing an RX+ workout as a goal for 2015. The power of the mind is undeniable. Thank you to Kody for your positivity and thanks to the hard working people of the lunch time crew.
