The Griff lifting big weight! Griffins got natural strength and it continues to increase because of the work he’s putting in. Griffin is a natural athlete out of the gym and it’s been a natural transition into the gym. He works hard, asks questions, he’s always receptive to coaching, and keeps a good attitude along the way. Griffin enjoys the gym for all the right reasons. He cares when he’s there and enjoys life away from the gym. CFHSV got lucky when Griffin and Magan walked in the doors. Keep grinding and enjoying the process dude!

If you thought that was 275 on the bar you’d be wrong. It’s 450, and those are 100 lb plates. If you thought this dude was overhead squatting, you’d also be wrong. This is one of Griffin’s famous 450 lb Sott’s press. What’s Alex doing in the background you ask? Not spotting, admiring. And Harris? We couldn’t show his face because his jaw was so far on the floor.

Put some more on the bar next time Griff, keep it up man

Cool shot of Griff with big weight overhead! Just look at that squat; it’s a testament to all the extra training he puts in with long term fitness goals in mind. Keep it up, man!

This guy, wow. Not only does his powerlifting amaze me, but last week on my way to the gym I saw him flip over a burning car to help save an old ladies pet turtle. He is such a hero to us all. Keep it up Griff.

Griff with a strong OH position! Happy to sweat/suffer with this guy in our afternoon sessions. Griff is always up for a challenge and will push you to your limits. Just an incredible athlete and a great guy to top it off! Keep grinding my dude!

My best friend. Most of our conversations while at work consist of “what class are you going to?”, “are you going to make 4:15?”, “have you looked at the workout for today?”, “apparently todays WOD is pretty nasty.” (Things that are said on a weekly basis). CrossFit Hsv is a huge part of our lives, and we wouldn’t have it any other way! Thankful for this man and his dedication to giving every WOD his all, even if that means I have to drive him home after Fran. Proud of your growth, G! 🤍 to know you is to love you.

My man Griff. I remember competing against him back in my baseball coaching days. Now I get to watch him throwdown on a regular basis. I’m a big fan of Griffin and Magan, they are two awesome people who I am lucky to call friends. Griffin is a true athlete playing the most difficult sport there is, and now he is working his tail off to become one heck of a CF athlete. Keep it up stud!

Griffin! Showing out with that weight overhead and an audience behind! Griffin has put in work and it shows. He walked in the gym as a natural athlete. Since then he’s really dialed in his form and technique and the weight he throws around is evidence of that. He’s a great guy who is always kind and coachable. So glad that both Griffin and Magan walked into CFHSV and never looked back!

Big Griff! Humble, and the joker is a stud leader. You get to know a lot about people just by watching. He’s the real deal.

Great shot of Griffin showing off one of that strength! This guy is quite an athlete and continues to grow into quite a CrossFitter as well. He's super strong, highly skilled, and he knows how to push himself. He puts in the work and is always open to coaching and feedback. He's easy to talk to and I've so enjoyed getting to know him. Love seeing Griffin and Magan walk through the doors! They show up consistently, always work hard, and always have a good time in the process. Keep after it, stud :)

Griffin! Showing off a picture perfect OHS. He is a great athlete who is committed and pushes himself like very few people can. I am so glad that Magan and Griffin found CFHSV, they have become our great friends and CFHSV is lucky to have them 😊
