Todd doing the criss-cross with ease. Todd has been at CFHSV for years now and he’s always able to find another way to motivate himself, dig deep, and chase new goals. He’s all class in and out of the gym and he’s one of the few guys in the gym that’s as tall as me. Keep Rollin dude!

Todd! Those crossovers didn’t slow him down one bit! This guy is an all around athlete. He is consistent in his training and it shows. Todd is always kind and approaches each WOD with intensity. Great guy and awesome athlete… keep walking through the door!
