Thanks for sharing this Dennis! I shared it on FB too because I feel like it's the ultimate type of inspiration! That type of video sets me on fire. Absolutely would have lept at the chance to join crossfit after having watched that video. In fact, it was watching you tube videos of previous games that sent me over the edge and made me finally come to CFHSV.
I feel like Crossfit will continue to snowball in popularity since the games are televised now and the really popular athletes are so active on social media sites, and the sport as a whole will grow and grow. I am glad I am finally apart of it!
