A. Training. Wrist hurts. Managed a few crappy reps at 135-185-225- then it fell apart. Did 1 set of 10 strict HSPU and then 8 kipping and the wrist hurt worse so I stopped on that.

Did the hspu with one ab mat on first set and two ab mats on second set unbroken; and did the kipping unbroken but only 5 for the last right before my Pr attempt. I don’t recommend not doing the reps ever but I did today.
