Nursing a mid back injury, and the hardest thing to do is what the doc tells you to..... As long as he lets me stay active, I'll def do what he says.

on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on every time a comment is
added I receive 4 emails with the exact same comment.
Is there a means you are able to remove me from that service?
