Kathy hangin strong! The 6min hang is not for the faint of heart and Kathy hasn’t backed down from a CrossFit challenge yet. Kathy has been with us for many years now and she’s always been consistent with her training. She uses her training and fitness outside the gym for fun and adventure which is awesome too. Always welcoming to new members and quietly going about her business she’s one of CFHSV’s best ?

Kathy looking calm, cool and collected while attacking a tough and challenging hero WOD! This lady is as consistent and hard working as anyone in the gym. She is kind and friendly, always personable and encouraging, and truly a wonderful person. Needless to say, Kathy definitely makes CFHSV a better place! :)
