Jeremy T looking focused, rowing that boat fast and smooth. Jeremy is a hard working athlete who shows up ready to work and always gets the job done. He’s quiet but always a pleasure to talk to, and friendly and encouraging to those around him. He’s super consistent with his training and it shows because he is a well-rounded CrossFitter who can do it all. Keep it up, Jeremy! ?

Jeremy looking as calm as usual despite a tough WOD. He’s always under control despite the madness. Jeremy is polite and easy but he brings intensity and determination with him every day. He’s a great CrossFit athlete that can do it all. He’s smart, well rounded, and still loves to learn and improve. Break that chain Jeremy and stay after it!
